Administrative Assistant
Qualifications: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing the administrative support needed by the Program Director to fulfill his/her responsibilities. This support will generally include general word‐processing, maintaining the filing system, handling bookkeeping, staffing the Center telephone, providing reception and other general support as requested by the Program Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Process financial payments.
Register youth wishing to participate in the program.
Prepare and maintain a filing system for administrative records and correspondence.
Prepare (organize, type, assemble, disseminate, submit) reports as assigned, following specific guidelines.
Type correspondence, memoranda and other documents as assigned
Answer telephone calls and handle reception duties, relaying messages and or providing information within the scope of assigned duties. Distribute mail to staff and volunteers; respond to correspondence as appropriate
Perform other clerical tasks for the Program Director as directed.
Work collaboratively with all others to support the effective and efficient operation ofThe Center.
Maintain all necessary and required records and reports, including program reports and continuation grants.
Coordinate, attend and take minutes note.
The Administrative Assistant must reside in Haiti.
Preference will be given to English speakers.
